Day 4: Shoulders & Triceps – Overhead press, lateral raises, cable kickbacks, dips
Day 5: Core & Functional Work – Hanging leg raises, Russian twists, planks, sled pushes
Rest days are active—mobility, stretching, or light cardio to keep blood flowing.

A: Great question .... about my diet – it's all about that clean, no-nonsense eating! I keep it real simple, real basic. We're talking high-quality proteins like chicken breast, salmon, lean hamburger meat, or buffalo. And don't forget the greens – lots and lots of veggies!
I'm all about fueling my body with the good stuff, which means avoiding those extra sauces and 'bits' that stick to your mouth and not your muscles.
