Glute And Quads Workout In Green Bikini

I've been running less and lifting more to try to put on some muscle, especially in my lower body. At my age I know how important it is to be strong and keep muscle as we start to lose muscle mass starting around 30 years old, and I'm now 44. Here's a glute and quads workout I did in my home gym. It was 3 to 4 sets of each exercise, with a superset of the abductions with the gray band and deficit sumo squats. My butt and legs really felt the burn and I was sore for a couple of days. I love it! I warmed up with some outdoor yoga prior to this (not shown, but I'll share some pics in another gallery), then went in my sauna for recovery afterwards.
