Here's a video of me doing part of one of my go-to yoga videos from GaiaTV, "Flexibility For The Future." It's a longer video than the one I shared of me in my crotchless panties. This time I'm wearing my Microminimus Brighton plaid with sheer micro.
It was a beautiful fall day! And with all the stress and what's happening in the world, I decided to do a quick lunchtime yoga practice to help relax and feel more centered. Try this practice with me, if you like. Then repeat the movements, going through the poses a little faster, the second time. End lying on your back with arms at your sides in a corpse pose.
